My name is Doron Hacmon. Before establishing Innovexor, I served as a Chief Product and Innovation Officer at Liberty Global (LBTYA) as well as other roles in the domains of: Commercial, Marketing and Strategy. I love helping businesses establishing meaningful Customer-Led-Innovation by Inspiring, Training and enrolling employees to take part in this journey. Innovative mindset has the courage to question the status-quo. Innovexor is not only talking about concepts, but role up the sleeves and helps others implement ideas that matters.
How i can Help
Igniting innovation in companies is done through Inspiration and Training; Consultancy and Implementation; and lastly, in some cases, through active Investment.
Inspire & Train
There is nothing more exciting than inspiring people to take-action, think outside-the-box and challenge the status-quo. Series 1 keynotes includes some 30-45 minutes interactive talks covering the domains of: innovation, extreme customer focus and journey.
For a more in-depth training, Series 2 was designed. It is composed of crash-courses of 1-2 full days (50-100 people in a cohort) exposing participants to stimulation, inspiration and concrete relevant knowledge in the domains of: Innovation Management and Customer Journey and Needs. The courses are based on various MBA courses adapted to an in-company environment and team work.
Consult & Implement
As a consultancy, Innovexor focuses on the domains of: Innovation, Commercial Strategy that moves the needle, Product Development and Marketing.
When need be, an Executive Interim active role is assumed for a defined period. The intention is to help and support your customer facing innovation journey.
Invest
Innovexor makes active investment mainly during angel or seed phases. The idea then is to invest and accompany the start/scale-up through its first phases, focusing on customer-led-innovation and the translation of real customer needs to great products.
